When will I receive my print order?
Orders are Mailed to the organization or homes 4-6 weeks from picture day.
If placing an online order after viewing your proofs, Images typically take 10+ business days. This time frame may be longer during higher volume days ex: First couple days of gallery release or during a last chance to order.
When will my proofs be available to view.
Proofs are available to view 2-3 weeks following picture day.
I don't have a passcode or keyword.
Passcode / Keyword is the email address you pre-registerd with.
How do I download my purchased digital file?
To download your "Full Resolution" photo without the watermark please select image and use the "Download Arrow" above the picture and select "Original Size". Download will begin.
I can't figure out whats in the portrait package.
