I enter my email address and receive “The passcode you entered is not valid”

Please email us at info@JDEvent.com.  Include your students first name, last name, organization and a description of your child along with the email address you would like us to use.  We will quickly resolve the issue.

Some teams we did not have email addresses for. If this was the case the child may be located with the passcode of their: first name and Last intial.
